Role overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and mission-driven Senior Product Manager to join the Instant Cash team. Our Instant Cash product has tremendous traction in helping low-income Americans who struggle to make ends meet. This is a critical role reporting directly to the VP of Product. In this role, you will work closely with Brigit’s Chief Credit Officer, and a cross-functional product team (engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, business operations) to ship innovative and incredible product experiences at scale.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsibility for driving KPI growth outcomes through ownership of the product roadmap, execution, and product performance for Brigit’s Instant Cash product

  • Manage the entire product life cycle from planning to execution

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Data Science, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams to develop product design and rapidly ship new capabilities and features to customers

  • Structure and improve your team’s processes to enhance execution velocity, making tactical tradeoffs between business priorities and resources

  • Communicate progress on initiatives to cross-functional partners and executive leadership

What you have

  • Commitment to financial wellness for everyday Americans

  • Between 5-10+ years of work experience as a product manager including substantial experience with consumer facing mobile products is required; experience with a consumer lending product is highly preferred

  • Strong customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs

  • Experience working within fast paced dynamic teams in a startup environment

  • A get-it-done mindset with a very high bias for action; you’re resourceful and happy to be hands-on and undaunted by multiple dependencies both internal and external

  • Demonstrated the ability to independently guide a product roadmap, solving problems without well-defined direction

  • Deep analytical, data driven problem-solving skill set with the ability to solve problems without complete information
