As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products that address both user and business needs. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-informed solutions at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, goals, and KPIs in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Build, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and feasibility
- Work closely with engineers and designers during sprints to clarify requirements and ensure alignment
- Conduct user research and analyze data to validate product decisions
- Coordinate go-to-market activities with marketing, operations, and support teams
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and measurable results
- Facilitate strong cross-functional communication and alignment
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
Requirements (Must have)
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or a related technology-driven industry
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies
- Experience working in Agile and/or Lean environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English and Polish
Nice to have
- Cross-functional experience or exposure to leadership roles
- Professional certifications (e.g. Agile, UX, Cloud, PMP, ITIL)
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
- Communicative knowledge of French (depending on the role)
