Role Overview

Our flagship product, Instant Cash, provides fast access to funds when people need it most, with no interest, late fees, or credit check required. We also support our 9M+ users with credit building, budgeting, and access to deals and offers to help them keep more money in their pockets.

The Growth pod is responsible for converting free users into activated, paying subscribers by optimizing the early user journey. As the Senior Product Manager II on the team, you’ll own key parts of the activation funnel and drive measurable improvements through experimentation, iteration, and close collaboration with cross-functional partners.

This role is ideal for a product manager with strong execution skills who enjoys working in data-rich funnels and shipping impactful, user-centric mobile experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and improve the onboarding and activation funnel to increase activation rate

  • Drive improvements in key activation inputs, including bank and payroll connection and approval-to-activation conversion

  • Design and run experiments, with a strong focus on early lifecycle impact (especially Day 1), while considering longer-term outcomes

  • Own growth-related features such as bank connect, payroll connect, non-activated user experiences, and referral UX

  • Support referral and promotional initiatives that increase low-CAC activations

  • Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and adjacent product teams to deliver growth initiatives

What You Have

  • 6+ years of consumer product management experience, with a focus on growth and/or retention

  • Experience working with funnels, conversion metrics, and experimentation

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions

  • Ability to execute independently within a defined problem space

  • Clear, effective communicator who collaborates well across teams

  • Mobile app experience a must; experience working in a highly regulated industry a plus

Compensation

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $180,000 - $210,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
