The Role

As iwell's Senior Product Manager you will play a crucial role in successfully executing our product vision and strategy. You own one or more product domains end-to-end, from identifying customer pain points and understanding market trends to exploring technical possibilities and translating strategic opportunities into impactful product features.

You work closely with our engineering teams, Business Development, Operations, and fellow Product Managers across software, data, and hardware. You thrive in a cross-functional environment that rewards clear thinking, structured delivery, and a passion for building products that matter.

Success in this role means being able to:

  • Translate market and customer insights into a compelling, actionable product roadmap.

  • Provide clear direction to a dedicated engineering team and drive successful delivery.

  • Align stakeholders across the business, from individual contributors to C-suite.

  • Contribute to the growth and maturity of the wider product team.

This role is ideal for someone with deep product experience, strong technical understanding, and a genuine interest in the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the market, customer needs, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

  • Translate market insights and customer pain points into a roadmap of strategic features and architecture considerations that align with iwell's mission and business objectives.

  • Provide clear direction to a dedicated engineering team and ensure successful delivery of initiatives within your domain.

  • Collaborate closely with other Product Managers, Business Development, and development teams to ensure alignment across software, data, and hardware products.

  • Partner with Operations and Project teams to ensure successful customer projects and enhance the operational maturity of iwell's solutions.

  • Help grow other Product Managers by leading by example.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong track record in complex product environments; experience in energy, sustainability, or related industries is a plus.

  • Strong technical understanding of product architecture, including scalability, modularity, and operational considerations.

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize market trends, customer needs, and business strategy into actionable product roadmaps.

  • Experience working with Agile practices, with a focus on iterative improvement and readiness for growth.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at every level, from individual contributors to C-suite. Fluency in English is required.

  • Experience in AI-supported product development.
