What is this role about?

The Senior Product Manager, Growth is a critical role within the Marketing Team at Bondora. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll oversee the technical infrastructure and growth initiatives that power our customer acquisition and retention efforts. This includes managing integrations with partners like affiliate networks and major marketing platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), improving conversion rates from initial interaction with Bondora to signup, as well as leading the modernization of Bondora’s marketing technology stack and driving structured experimentation across acquisition and retention channels.

This role combines a deep understanding of partner integrations, conversion rate optimization, and a strategic focus on marketing technology infrastructure. The Senior Growth Product Manager will define and execute a strategic roadmap to optimize Bondora’s digital touchpoints, leveraging data insights and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable growth results.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support Bondora’s growth strategy by maximizing conversion rates from session to application started for new and returning customers.
  • Identify and launch new acquisition and retention channels & partnerships (excluding brokers) through structured discovery and rapid testing.
  • Maintain and improve growth infrastructure by ensuring the marketing team’s martech needs (e.g., tracking, tagging, consent, attribution) are met and prioritized.
  • Own the growth backlog across CRO, martech, and partner/channel experiments (excluding brokers), ensuring consistent delivery and learning.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that arise from the nature of the work and are aligned with the role’s objectives.

What would ensure success in this role?

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Product Management, Growth Marketing, or a related role with demonstrable impact on business metrics.
  • Proven track record of running growth experiments from ideation to measurable business impact.
  • Experience with martech systems, partner integrations, and attribution models.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing methodologies
  • Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and use them to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience managing stakeholders across marketing, design, and engineering teams.
