As Senior Product Manager – Growth & Acquisition (f/m/d), you own LIQID’s digital new-client growth end-to-end. From the first website interaction to onboarding and the first investment, you design and scale high-performing acquisition journeys across different channels (digital, offline, mail) in close collaboration with Marketing & Sales. You ensure that brand, messaging and premium positioning are deeply understood and consistently reflected across product, funnel and lifecycle experiences
What you’ll doEnd-to-End Growth Ownership: Own the full digital acquisition funnel from Website → Exploration → Signup → Checkout → First Investment. You will define and drive North Star and funnel KPIs across marketing and product. Build sustainable, repeatable growth systems instead of one-off optimizations that will integrate digital user journeys & emphasize our hybrid, human acquisition model.
Funnel, Conversion & Brand Experience: You design and optimize exploration and onboarding journeys together with Product Design and Marketing, while ensuring consistent premium branding, tone and messaging across all acquisition touchpoints. You translate brand narratives and campaigns into product-native experiences that build trust and drive conversion.
MarTech, Data & Experimentation: You will own and evolve the MarTech stack together with Marketing (tracking, attribution, CRM, lifecycle tooling), define tracking schemas and user properties for full-funnel visibility and run A/B tests, experiments and PoCs across marketing and product surfaces.
Thought Leadership with Hands-on Mentality: You Act as Product Manager and Product Owner for growth initiatives, co-lead a cross-functional team spanning Engineering, Design and Marketing-adjacent roles. By constantly prioritizing initiatives based on impact, brand fit and strategic alignment, you will evolve as thought leader for digital growth initiatives.
Background: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Digital Product roles, FinTech or hybrid sales experience is a plus.
Analytical & Technical Understanding: Hands-on experience with analytics, tracking, CRM tools & MarTech. Strong understanding of growth funnels, conversion optimization, experimentation.
Communication & Language: Fluent in English (German is a strong plus), able to communicate to different stakeholder groups with ease, while building strong relationships across Product, Design, Marketing and Engineering teams.
Drive & Motivation: Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership scale-up environments. Personal interest in investment topics is a big plus.
