Senior Product Manager - Forecast

We're growing rapidly and are seeking an exceptional product manager to play a key role in one of our core product areas, Gong Forecast. 

As a Senior Product Manager for Gong Forecast, you'll own two deeply connected product areas: the analytics layer that helps revenue leaders make sense of their forecast data, and the data foundation that powers it. You'll shape both the user-facing experience and the underlying data architecture that makes it all possible. 

You'll Own:

• The Forecast Analytics product lifecycle: Owning the product from vision and strategy through execution and iteration. You'll work with customers and internal stakeholders to define and drive configurable analytics capabilities that give revenue leaders real-time visibility into forecast health, trends, and changes. 
• The underlying data foundation: Making critical, product-led decisions around data modeling.
• Cross-pod enablement: Leveraging the data foundation to directly unblock and enable other teams across the Forecast group. 

You'll Solve:

• The complexity vs. scale puzzle: Partnering closely with product design and engineering to define workflows, make trade-off decisions, and ship high-performance solutions that operate at enterprise scale.
• Ambiguity at scale: Turning incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into clear product direction, making informed, data-driven decisions.

You'll Impact:

• Product growth: Driving the success of Forecast and contributing to Gong’s market expansion and business objectives.
• Boost customers revenue performance: Enabling revenue leaders to call their number with confidence. The analytics you build will directly shape how they understand what's changing, what's at risk, and where to act.
• Product excellence: Driving continuous improvement of the underlying data layer to enable diverse capabilities across the Gong Forecast product.

How You'll Succeed Here:

• An experienced product manager with a proven background in B2B SaaS products (5+ years of experience).
• Hands-on experience building analytics, reporting, or data-intensive products. You understand what it takes to turn raw data into actionable insights at scale.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the products you build.
• A solid understanding of product-related processes, with the ability to define and evolve product lifecycle processes as the company grows.
• A natural collaborator who earns trust across engineering, design, and cross-functional teams, and communicates trade-offs with clarity and confidence.
• Fluent or highly proficient in English.
• Most importantly, someone who thrives working alongside exceptionally strong peers.
