The Fairmatic Product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Fleet XP team. This team owns the heart of Fairmatic's products and all investments that enable our key customers to enjoy a world-class product and customer experience end to end. This will include working with both 3rd party systems and 1st party applications to enable our sales, marketing, underwriting, customer engagement, claims, and other teams to deliver a consistently delightful experience to our customers and partners end-to-end in an efficient, scalable manner. Define the Fleet XP strategy and product roadmap, set metrics and goals that define what success looks like, and drive cross-functional work to achieve success

Define and work cross-functionally to bring new tools, features, and/or processes to life that allow Fairmatic’s customers to do their work efficiently and deliver a consistently delightful experience to them

Develop clear and concise written materials to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision or problem statement

Regularly and proactively share progress toward solving prioritized problem statements and advancing on a shared vision

Identify and understand from quantitative and qualitative metrics the opportunities the Fleet XP team should be focusing on to make the maximum impact

Develop product hypotheses, design and conduct lean and focused experiments to prove or disprove them

Partner with engineering, design, business operations, sales, marketing, underwriting, customer engagement, claims, and other internal cross-functional teams to develop products and tools that maximize value creation for our business
