Senior Product Manager - Financial Services

As a Senior Product Manager in our Financial Services team, your purpose will be to help lead the No-Show Protection (NSP) & Payments domain, managing one of Booksy’s top value drivers. You will partner with an experienced Engineering Manager to evolve a high-adoption product into a high-margin fintech engine, spearheading our "App-Free" revolution through a Universal Web-Based Payment Ecosystem. Your work will directly disrupt the traditional POS market by launching hardware-free, QR-code-based checkouts and capturing 100% of a merchant's client base via omnichannel payment links.

Requirements

• Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…
  
• Extensive experience in Fintech or Payments, specifically driving product strategy for high-volume transaction environments.
• Proven track record of transforming product unit economics, transitioning features from "loss-leaders" to sustainable, high-margin revenue drivers.
• Strategic leadership skills with the ability to lead high-performing engineering teams through pivotal product evolutions and high-velocity delivery.
• Data-driven mindset to analyze complex business needs, conduct market research, and drive growth in key metrics like Total Payment Volume (TPV).
• At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.

• Experience launching hardware-free or QR-code-based checkout solutions in a retail or service environment.
• Background in developing omnichannel payment reach (e.g., SMS-driven links) outside of native app environments.
• Experience mentoring junior and mid-level Product Managers through shared case studies and collaborative growth.
