Own Outcome Metrics: Take full responsibility for the Planning & Guidance remit, focusing on customer retention, financial health improvements, and long-term lifetime value.
Senior Product Leadership: 8+ years of PM experience, with a track record of scaling complex products in fintech, wealth management, or AI-driven consumer platforms.
Financial Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of financial planning, advice delivery, and the regulatory landscape. You have experience with the mechanics of financial engineering.
