We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive innovation in our security solution core workflows and help us paint the future landscape of agentic security and operations. Join our Elastic Security team and orchestrate the development of ground breaking solutions that empower organizations to gain AI-powered insights while they collect, collaborate on, and share the results and artifacts of their investigations.

Core Activities - How you’ll invest your time:

Own the roadmap for select security core workflows, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. Define and prioritize innovative product features based on customer requirements through collaboration with cross-functional and cross-solution teams. Drive product differentiation by conducting detailed market analysis and customer interviews to identify key opportunities. Develop comprehensive product and user requirements to guide development. Build and maintain a balanced product roadmap that integrates innovation with timely customer delivery. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies. Engage customers and industry analysts to capture valuable insights and validate product concepts. Serve as a subject matter authority and product evangelist through compelling presentations and thought leadership initiatives.

Skills – You’re capable of:

Leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, documentation, marketing)
Communicating sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Addressing customer engagements

Knowledge – You know a lot about:

Security operations workflows, incident response, and SOC analyst personas
SIEM architectures, log management, and security analytics
Observability pillars - metrics, logs, and traces
Software development in an open-source environment (Git knowledge is a plus)
Natural language processing, conversational AI, and query interfaces

Experience – You have:

3-5 years in product management roles
2+ years specifically in SIEM, SOAR, or incident response roles
Experience with workflow automation and case management systems
Track record of improving operational efficiency through product improvements

Proficiency and Education – You Bring:

A deep curiosity about IT and security operations, AI, and their evolving challenges.
A meticulous attention to detail, coupled with an appreciation for the broader picture.
Outstanding communication skills, embodying a team-oriented approach.
A BS/MS degree in engineering, computer science, information security.

Location and Travel:

The ideal candidate will be based in the continental United States, Canada, or Europe, though other locations may be considered.
Be prepared to travel up to 15% to engage with customers, attend industry events, and collaborate with distributed team members
