Keboola empowers data teams to build pipelines and analytics faster, with autonomy, governance, and AI at the core. You’ll lead strategic product initiatives that directly accelerate revenue and platform adoption.
What you’ll do
Own and drive key platform initiatives: lead discovery, prioritize solutions, deliver roadmap outcomes.
Coordinate across cross-functional squads (engineering, design, data science) to ensure high-quality delivery.
Influence strategic decisions with user‑centric frameworks: lifecycle segmentation, value‑based prioritization, voice‑of‑customer inputs (not just “loudest” feature requests).
Mentor and collaborate with junior PMs as needed; elevate team PM practices across capability pillars.
Partner with GTM to support launches, adoption strategies, and customer feedback loops.
What you’ll bring
Domain depth in data management: familiarity with players, trends, and “jobs to be done” for data engineers & analysts in platforms like Keboola, Snowflake, dbt, etc.
Strong product management craft: segmentation, prioritization, lifecycle thinking, strategy to adoption.
AI‑familiar mindset: comfortable with data‑AI workflows, interest in agentic AI paradigms like Keboola’s MCP Server (brief familiarity is fine).
3+ years in senior product roles at B2B SaaS companies (data or platform focus strongly preferred).
Fluent English required; Czech is a bonus but not mandatory.
Preferably being on-site (hybrid possible) or remote work (within CET ± 2h).
Success metrics
Platform adoption & growth (usage of workflows, modules).
Revenue uplift - new module or feature revenue, expanding ARR.
Product-led retention or expansion metrics.
