About the Role
Keboola is on a mission to revolutionize how businesses work with data. We are not looking for a project manager - we are looking for an owner. As Senior Product Manager for Data Management, you’ll be the mini-CEO of our data platform domain.
This is not a checklist-driven role. You’ll combine deep technical expertise (Snowflake, BigQuery, Lakehouse architectures) with an obsession for user experience. Your mission: turn the complexity of data management into simplicity and speed for our customers, and shape how modern businesses activate data at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Own the data management ecosystem: Drive initiatives across Snowflake, BigQuery, Lakehouse and beyond, defining how Keboola integrates and innovates.
Turn pain into product: Translate customer struggles and workflows into solutions that are powerful yet intuitive.
Balance robustness with usability: Work with engineering to ship features that scale technically and delight users.
Set the roadmap, own the outcomes: Prioritize based on customer impact, revenue growth, and market shifts — then deliver.
Stay ahead of the curve: Anticipate trends in data engineering, analytics, and AI-driven tooling before they become mainstream.
Evangelize simplicity: Champion a solution-first mindset — solving the right problems in the most elegant, user-friendly way.
Requirements
Strong ownership — you act as a mini-CEO of your domain, accountable for outcomes end-to-end.
Proven product management experience in data platforms and tooling.
Fluency in SQL and Python (not as a developer, but as a partner who speaks the language of data and engineering).
Experience collaborating seamlessly with both technical teams (engineering, data science) and business stakeholders.
Ability to simplify complexity — turning intricate systems into clear, compelling user experiences.
Track record of shipping impactful products that deliver measurable value.
Curiosity about emerging data technologies and AI-driven approaches, balanced with pragmatism in applying them to real-world user needs.
