About Figure

Figure (NASDAQ: FIGR) is transforming capital markets through blockchain. We’re proving that blockchain isn’t just theory - it’s powering real products used by hundreds of thousands of consumers and institutions.

By combining blockchain’s transparency and efficiency with AI-driven automation, we’ve reimagined how loans are originated, funded, and traded in secondary markets. From faster processing times to lower costs and reduced bias, our technology is helping borrowers, investors, and financial institutions achieve better outcomes.

Together with our 170+ partners, we’ve originated over $17 billion in home equity loans (HELOCs) on our blockchain-native platform, making Figure the largest non-bank provider of home equity financing in the U.S. Figure’s ecosystem also includes YLDS, an SEC-registered yield-bearing stablecoin that operates as a tokenized money market fund, and several other products and platforms that are reshaping consumer finance and capital markets.

We’re proud to be recognized as one of Forbes’ Most Innovative Fintech Startups in 2025 and Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in Finance and Personal Finance.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve two critical products at Figure - our partner dashboard and lead portal and our internal tools dashboard for the Operations and Support teams. These platforms power how partners, loan officers, and internal teams operate our mortgage lending and servicing businesses every day.

You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for both product areas - improving workflow efficiency, usability, and performance while transforming them into more proactive, insight-driven tools that surface alerts, recommendations, and next-best actions.

As the subject matter expert on these users, you’ll translate frontline feedback, support tickets, and usage data into clear priorities and measurable outcomes. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring strong product judgment and execution rigor.

What You’ll Do

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Partner Lead Portal dashboard — the primary surface through which Figure’s partners and loan officers originate HELOCs and DSCR loans.Shift the Lead Portal from a passive “pull” experience to a proactive “push” experience by surfacing insights, notifications, and recommended actions.Elevate the tools our Operations and Support teams use daily to power our lending and digital asset businesses.Serve as the subject matter expert on internal tools and the users who rely on them.Clearly define and communicate strategy, priorities, and key performance indicators to stakeholders.Create, monitor, and assess success metrics, and present findings to the leadership team.Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Customer Operations to bring ideas to life.Synthesize and prioritize user needs, clearly articulating what problem should be solved, for whom, and why it matters.Drive feature development end-to-end — write product requirements, partner with Design and Engineering, launch features, analyze results, synthesize learnings, and iterate.

What We Look For

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager; prior fintech or lending experience preferred.
  • Experience building and shipping complex internal tools, dashboards, or workflow-driven products. You understand how your core personas (e.g., loan officers, operations and support teams, etc.) think, what slows them down, and what earns their trust.
  • Experience owning high-traffic console or portal surfaces where information architecture, speed, and usability are critical to daily productivity.
  • Comfort designing products that serve both human users and AI-assisted workflows. You actively use AI tools in your own work and have a perspective on how automation, insights, and agents should surface within operational dashboards.
  • Proven ability to operate with speed and ownership in fast-moving environments. You can drive clarity and execution without heavy process or oversight.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking. You’re comfortable defining KPIs, evaluating tradeoffs, and building scalable systems that balance user experience with business impact.
  • Highly collaborative and low-ego. You work seamlessly with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, GTM, and executive stakeholders to turn ideas into shipped product features and updates.
