As Senior Product Manager CRM, you will drive customer engagement and business growth through subscription management, newsletters and targeted communications (email, push, onsite). You will combine strategic vision, analytical skills and technical know-how to deliver best-in-class lifecycle marketing. This role focuses on subscription growth, personalisation, engagement and data-driven optimisation. The position is permanent and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • own and execute the CRM roadmap for subscriptions, newsletters and targeted communications aligned with company goals
  • design and optimise segmentation, targeting and personalisation strategies across the customer journey
  • plan and deliver lifecycle campaigns end to end (concept, creation, build, QA, launch, reporting)
  • lead promotional and triggered campaigns, ensuring relevance, timeliness and performance optimisation
  • identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer lifetime value and retention
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, data) to ensure seamless experiences
  • experiment with AI-driven personalisation and cross-channel orchestration, scaling proven solutions into core CRM processes
  • track and improve performance through KPI dashboards, A/B testing and data insights

YOU COME WITH

  • at least 4 years of product management experience, ideally in CRM, subscriptions or lifecycle marketing
  • strong understanding of CRM systems, email deliverability and subscription mechanics
  • hands-on experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation and campaign personalisation
  • a proven track record in designing upsell and cross-sell initiatives that drive retention and growth
  • excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
  • experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, tech and data teams
  • fluency in English
  • experience with HTML and SQL
