Our Compliance Line of Business is seeking an experienced and highly strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Communication Surveillance portfolio for the world’s largest and most complex financial institutions. This role sits at the intersection of regulatory compliance, advanced analytics, AI-driven risk detection, and cloud-native SaaS platforms.
You will own and drive the product vision for Communication Surveillance solutions that monitor, analyze, and surface risk across modern digital communications including voice, messaging, collaboration tools, and emerging channels. These solutions are mission-critical for helping regulated firms meet global regulatory obligations, protect market integrity, reduce operational risk, and scale compliance operations efficiently.
This role requires deep engagement with customers, regulators, and internal stakeholders to translate evolving regulatory expectations and technology trends into differentiated, scalable products. You will work closely with global R&D, data science, cloud engineering, sales, and services teams to deliver innovative solutions that set the industry standard.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision

Define and evolve the Communication Surveillance product strategy aligned with regulatory trends, customer needs, and NICE’s long-term platform vision.

Develop and maintain a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap that balances innovation, regulatory obligations, and customer adoption.

Continuously assess market dynamics including regulatory change, competitive landscape, and emerging communication channels.
Customer and Market Leadership

Engage directly with tier-1 financial institutions, prospects, and partners to understand surveillance challenges, workflows, and regulatory pressures.

Act as the voice of the customer, translating real-world compliance problems into actionable product requirements.

Partner with sales, pre-sales, and services teams in strategic customer engagements, workshops, and executive briefings.
Product Delivery and Execution

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem definition through requirements, prioritization, delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization.

Collaborate closely with R&D, architecture, and data science teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions with predictable time-to-market.

Drive backlog prioritization using a risk- and value-based approach, balancing regulatory commitments, customer demand, and technical enablement.

Ensure products are designed for enterprise scale, performance, explainability, and auditability.
AI, Analytics, and Cloud Enablement

Lead the application of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to communication surveillance use cases, including model transparency and governance.

Ensure alignment with regulatory expectations around model risk management, explainability, and data integrity.

Champion cloud-native architectures, API-first design, and secure multi-tenant SaaS delivery.

Partner with platform teams to accelerate cloud adoption and modernization initiatives.
Go-to-Market and Enablement

Enable sales, marketing, and customer success teams with clear product positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.

Support go-to-market launches, pricing strategy, and packaging decisions.

Collaborate with training and documentation teams to ensure customers can successfully adopt and operationalize new capabilities.
Partnerships and Ecosystem

Manage strategic technology and data partnerships including OEM solutions.

Lead build vs buy evaluations, technical integration strategy, pricing alignment, and roadmap coordination with partners.
Experience and Qualifications

Proven experience in enterprise or SaaS product management, preferably in regulated or mission-critical domains.

Strong background in communication surveillance, compliance technology, market surveillance, or adjacent regulatory solutions.

Solid understanding of modern communication channels such as voice, mobile messaging, collaboration platforms, and digital communications.

Experience delivering cloud-native, data-intensive platforms at enterprise scale.

Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products, analytics pipelines, and governance considerations in regulated environments.

Demonstrated success working in highly matrixed, globally distributed organizations.

Strong ability to prioritize complex and competing demands while maintaining strategic focus.
