We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of internal tooling and infrastructure that supports our clinical team in delivering care across multiple product tiers and services. You’ll focus on building solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce friction, and extend the capabilities of our clinical team.
As the Senior Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing internal tools that enable our distributed clinical workforce to provide seamless, high-quality care. You will work closely with clinicians, operations, engineering, and product teams to design custom solutions that fill gaps in our existing EMR and streamline our care delivery process.
This is a hybrid role based in New York City. Team members typically work in our Manhattan office 3-5 days a week, with empathetic flexibility.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead product development for clinical tooling, focusing on scheduling, billing, and workflow automation
- Partner with clinical teams, operations, and engineering to deeply understand workflow challenges and opportunities
- Design and implement custom solutions that extend the capabilities of our EMR and operational systems
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, clinician efficiency, and care quality
- Define and track success metrics, ensuring tools improve clinical productivity and patient experience
- Collaborate with operations teams to enhance reporting, analytics, and operational insights for clinical performance
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and design through launch and iteration
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on internal tooling, clinical workflows, or healthcare operations
- Experience building healthcare SaaS tools from 0 to 1
- Background in digital health, care delivery, or health-tech startups
- Deep understanding of EMR limitations and how to extend them via custom tooling
- Strong technical acumen - comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines
- Experience working with distributed workforces or multi-tiered service models
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - able to bridge the gap between clinicians, operations, and engineers
- Data-driven decision-making with a strong UX and usability focus
