We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Web to own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for customer-facing web products and experiences that serve as a primary digital touchpoint for communities. This role is ideal for an experienced product leader who can independently drive product strategy and execution, balance customer experience, technical scalability, and compliance needs, and partner closely with engineering and go-to-market teams to deliver meaningful, measurable impact.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be accountable for translating customer and market insights into prioritized product investments that improve reliability, performance, accessibility, and adoption, while continuously improving product outcomes through data-informed decision-making.

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Product Strategy Ownership
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a defined product or major product area.
- Ensure alignment between product strategy, company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Make informed trade-offs to maximize customer and business impact.
- Roadmap Execution & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high quality solutions on time.
- Balance new feature development, technical investments, and operational improvements.
- Customer & Markert Insight
- Conduct ongoing customer discovery, Voice of Customer (VoC), and market research to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities.
Validate solutions through research, experimentation, and data before and after launch.
- Serve as a product advocate for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Implementation and Customer Success to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
- Support go-to-market efforts, including launches, enablement, and ongoing optimization.
- Communicate product directions, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
- Data Informed Decision Making
- Define, track, and analyze key product metrics related to adoption, engagement, retention, and business impact.
- Use data to evaluate performance, inform prioritization, and drive continuous improvement.
- Leadership & Craft Excellence
- Act as a senior individual contributor and role model for product management best practices.
- Mentor and support other product managers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to improving product management standards, processes, and tooling.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience
- Typically, 5-8 years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven products.
- Proven experience owning a product roadmap and delivering outcomes across the full product lifecycle.
- Experience working in agile product development environments.
Product & Technical Skills
- Strong ability to translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and prioritized backlogs.
- Comfortable partnering with engineering teams and understanding technical concepts, architectures, and trade-offs.
- Experience using modern product and analytics tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, Figma)
Business & Strategic Acumen
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to connect product decisions to customer outcomes and business results.
- Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives and product launches.
Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred
- Experience in GovTech, enterprise SaaS, or complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Compensation and Benefits

Estimated Salary Grade Range: $119,100 - $181,100
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
