ABOUT THE TEAM

You will be joining the Channels & Optimisation product area within Member Engagement Marketing, focused on marketing technology and customer engagement platforms. The team’s mission is to empower Tide with advanced CRM, CEP, and CDP capabilities, ensuring that every communication channel – from notifications to email and in-app journeys – delivers relevant, timely, and personalised experiences that drive engagement, retention, and growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Product Manager in Channels & Optimisation, you will:

  • Own key Martech product domains (CRM, CEP, CDP) from conception to implementation and beyond.
  • Work on initiatives ranging from new channel enablement to refining existing features and capabilities for greater relevance, impact, and measurability.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX and Marketing stakeholders to design scalable solutions with a global mindset, supporting members in the UK, India, Germany, France and beyond.
  • Ensure Tide leverages the right mix of first-party data and engagement tools to deliver personalised, omnichannel experiences.
  • Lead product discovery efforts, validating hypotheses with qualitative and quantitative insights to optimise engagement journeys.
  • Translate member and business needs into actionable product requirements for the engineering team, balancing short-term delivery with long-term scalability.
  • Evangelise a test-and-learn culture, enabling Tide to optimise member interactions through experimentation and analytics.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and CRM teams to ensure consistent, effective execution of campaigns and journeys.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role is for you if you’re a seasoned product professional with experience in Martech and a passion for leveraging data and technology to deliver personalised, impactful member experiences.

  • 3-5 years of product management experience in Martech, Personalisation, CRM, CEP, CDP, or related areas.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel engagement, marketing automation, and personalisation at scale.
  • Proven ability to deliver data-driven outcomes, balancing strategy with execution.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Marketing.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and breaking down complex problems into actionable plans.
  • Expertise in defining and tracking KPIs such as engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Outcome-driven, focused on creating value for both members and the business.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Adobe Campaign, etc.) or CDPs.
  • Exposure to startups, scale-ups, or FinTech.
  • Technical background or strong collaboration experience with engineering and data teams.
