As a Product Manager within our Strategy team, you’ll sit at the intersection of vision, execution, and impact, turning complex business needs into products that power our merchants, partners, and teams. Product Managers play a critical role in shaping our “high tech, high touch” mission by owning product direction, influencing priorities, and delivering solutions that support our growth and innovation in the payments industry.
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Celero’s NorthStar platform (a UI-centric payments operations system that unifies CRM, workflow, support, and back-office functions) and merchant-facing applications. This role leads the end-to-end product lifecycle for business-critical systems that support sales, operations, finance, partners, and merchants.
This individual partners closely with engineering, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver high-quality solutions at speed while continuously improving product development processes and outcomes.
