Senior Product Manager

 

  • Identify areas where your contribution will benefit the Customer the most and actively engage in those areas 
  • Represent the Customer’s and end-users' needs and expectations, driving the implementation of the product strategy 
  • Foster a culture of outcome-drivenness, human centricity, trust, and transparency within the team, on both the Customer's and Sigma Software’s side 
  • Nourish product thinking in the team, ensuring a sustained focus on defined objectives 
  • Identify and proactively manage strategic and executional risks and issues 
  • Do whatever is necessary and appropriate to ensure the success of the product under development 
  • Create user stories and software requirements for the engineering team 
  • Mentor and provide continuous feedback to Product Management Apprentices 
  • Act as a product thinking evangelist both internally (across Sigma Software) and externally (to leads, prospects, and Customers). 
  • Be a front-liner: engage in a range of pre-sales activities, present our product management expertise to external stakeholders, identify the most promising business opportunities, and advise Customers on the product management matters 
  • Share expertise with the members of internal product management community and support its members in their professional growth 

 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership  
  • Experience with products in the introduction and growth stages of their lifecycle 
  • Ability to understand the business environment, competition, industry, and market trends 
  • Developed skills in collecting and analyzing data from various sources  
  • Ability to identify key insights, identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and inform product decisions 
  • Strong skills of establishing and evangelizing the desired end state or outcome, and motivating others to come along 
  • Owner's mindset 
  • Kaizen in DNA 
  • Strong business acumen 
  • Exemplary organizational and time management skills 
  • Adaptability, commitment, quick learning, ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively 
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
