Senior Product Manager (B2C) - Pune

Musafir is hiring a Senior Product Manager in Pune with 7+ years of experience and a strong B2C background to drive product strategy, development, and innovation across its fast-growing travel platforms.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with proven success in B2C digital products

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science or related field); MBA is a plus

• Strong experience with product lifecycle: ideation to launch

• Deep analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities

• Proficiency in tools like GA/Google Analytics, WebEngage, spreadsheets, and SQL

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Experience in user research, prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing

• Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration across tech, design, marketing, and operations

• Exposure to agile teams and fast-paced product delivery environments

• Prior experience in travel tech or e-commerce is highly preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms

• Technical understanding of software development and product architecture

• Hands-on experience in scripting, data visualization, and working with product metrics

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product development across B2C web and mobile platforms

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization in alignment with business goals

• Conduct user research and market analysis to inform product direction

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams for timely releases

• Drive UX improvements based on user feedback, data insights, and testing

• Track and analyze product performance metrics, funnel data, and user behavior

• Create and maintain product documentation including user stories and specs

• Manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and product outcomes

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve user engagement and retention
