Own the intersection of developer tooling and business accessibility by designing automated data workflows and customer-facing data applications on Keboola's multi-cloud platform.
Data Workflow & Orchestration: The workflow scheduling and flow-building experience—how users design, trigger, condition, and monitor automated data pipelines. This needs to work for data engineers building complex multi-step flows and for business users setting up straightforward automations. You will inherit an active migration from legacy orchestrations to our next-generation conditional flows system, including driving adoption, managing the deprecation timeline, and getting the new system to GA.
Data Applications: Customer-facing applications built on Keboola data using JavaScript frameworks, custom container images, and modern app-building tools. For technical users, this means a solid developer workflow—building locally, syncing via Git, deploying from repositories. For business users, it means an experience simple enough that they can create and publish a data application without needing a developer.
SQL Editor & Interactive Query: The in-platform experience for writing, running, and exploring SQL queries against Keboola-managed data—including sessions, profiling, and documentation.
Developer Experience for Data Apps: The end-to-end workflow for technical users building data applications—from writing code locally to syncing via Git to deploying and running on Keboola’s cloud infrastructure.
Usage & Engagement Metrics: You own the numbers. How many workflows are being built? How often are data applications used? Where do users drop off, and why?
5–8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2–3 years on technical or developer-facing products.
Direct experience with workflow automation platforms, data applications, developer tools, or orchestration products (think Zapier, Make, n8n, Retool, or similar).
Hands-on familiarity with Python, SQL, Git, and cloud-native development workflows.
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks or other tools for building data-driven applications.
Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption and engagement metrics—not just ship features.
Track record of connecting product decisions to commercial outcomes—expansion revenue, retention, or monetization.
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). Czech is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with the emerging AI-powered app-building landscape (Lovable, Hugging Face Spaces, Base44, v0).
Experience working in a product-led growth or usage-driven environment.
Nice to Have
Previous experience as a data engineer, developer, or in a technical role before transitioning to product.
Experience with Keboola or comparable platforms (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, dbt).
Background in building or managing products that involve GitHub integrations or local-to-cloud sync workflows.
Education Stipend
Budget for education.
Flexible Work Hours
No set office hours and flexibility.
Paid Time Off
25 PTO's plus 3 sick days.
Remote-Friendly
You need to be 3 times a week in the office.
