As our Senior Product Manager, you will own delivery execution for our enterprise AI products. You'll work directly with the CEO and founding team to translate customer needs and strategic direction into concrete engineering deliverables. This is a hands-on role managing multiple concurrent product development streams in a fast-moving, customer-driven environment.

Own delivery execution for multiple concurrent enterprise customer projects with tight deadlines
Translate customer conversations and requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and engineering tasks
Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and Agile delivery processes across multiple workstreams
Work with CEO and team to refine product direction based on customer feedback and market learning
Own the end-to-end roadmap process, ensuring a responsive and adaptable plan that prioritizes customer needs and drives the company’s strategic direction.
Bridge between customer-facing teams and engineering, ensuring requirements are clear and deliverables meet expectations
Support high-stakes customer demonstrations, pilots, and proof-of-concepts with hands-on involvement
Own project reporting, delivery tracking, and transparency on progress and blockers
Establish product metrics and success criteria in collaboration with leadership
Coordinate across engineering teams to align delivery timelines and dependencies
Must-Have:
Proven execution track record: You've successfully delivered enterprise software products through full development cycles
Strong project management: You can manage multiple concurrent projects, drive execution, and keep teams aligned on priorities
Hands-on delivery: You're comfortable writing detailed user stories, managing backlogs, running sprints, and being in the details
Technical depth: You can work effectively with engineering teams, understand technical constraints, and make informed trade-offs
Enterprise B2B experience: You understand enterprise customer requirements, procurement processes, and enterprise software development
Customer translation: You can take fuzzy customer conversations and turn them into concrete product requirements
Thrives in ambiguity: You're energized by customer-driven product development where direction evolves based on learning
Collaborative approach: You work well with strong technical teams and don't need to be the sole decision-maker on product direction
Advanced English: Fluent communication with international teams and enterprise customers
Great-to-Have:
Experience with AI/ML products or understanding of AI capabilities and limitations
Background in AI agents, agentic workflows, or LLM applications
Familiarity with international enterprise markets and business culture
Previous experience at early-stage startups
Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or technical master's) preferred but not required. We value demonstrated execution excellence over formal credentials.
