Job Description

• Managing the entire lifecycle of cash management, mutual fund and wealth products, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization. This part includes a collaboration with various teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and business team  to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products
• Creating a strategic roadmap for cash management products tailored specifically to your product scope, considering market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Collaborate across teams and contribute insights, ideas, and features into crafting a cohesive product roadmap strategy
• Assessing and mitigate risks associated with cash management, mutual fund and wealth products, such as liquidity risk, operational risk and regulatory compliance
• Analyze data to create recommendations and execute product experiments to improve key metrics

Requirements

• Min 5 years of experience in product development and having a deep understanding of financial markets, investment products and cash management 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to commercialization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
