Senior Product Manager — AI Recruiting

TLDR

Shape the future of AI-driven recruiting products by leading cross-functional innovations to enhance how recruiters engage with talent.

What is SeekOut?

SeekOut helps organizations hire, grow, and retain talent by bringing together recruiting, talent management, and analytics into one platform. The goal is simple: help companies better understand their people and connect them to the right opportunities.

What are we looking to add to our team?

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define and build the next generation of AI-powered recruiting experiences.

You’ll work across product, engineering, and design to create tools that improve how recruiters source, evaluate, and engage talent. This includes automation, decision support, and entirely new AI-driven workflows.

This is a highly collaborative and strategic role with real ownership over shaping what great AI-first recruiting products look like.

What you will be doing:

  1. Understand the customer deeply
Immerse yourself in recruiter workflows and pain points. Build a strong intuition for their day-to-day and recurring problems.

  2. Translate insights into product strategy
Turn customer understanding into clear product vision, strategy, and requirements. Define what to build and why, in a way that scales across different customers and organizations.

  3. Prototype and communicate using AI tools
Use AI tools to rapidly explore ideas, prototype solutions, and clearly communicate product direction across teams.

  4. Build and iterate with engineering
Partner closely with engineering to execute, ship high-quality products, and continuously improve through iteration.

  5. Launch, learn, and improve
Work with sales and customer success to bring products to market, gather feedback, and refine the experience post-launch.

You will be a great match if you have:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or platform products
  • Strong technical background (CS or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working on or closely with AI/ML-powered products
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate day-to-day work (prototyping, analysis, communication, execution)
  • Track record of building and shipping successful products, ideally in fast-paced or 0→1 environments
  • Experience with modern product development practices (experimentation, metrics, iteration)
  • Ability to analyze product metrics and understand the impact of features and product decisions
  • Experience working closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products
  • Experience engaging directly with customers and incorporating feedback into product decisions

Nice to have:

  • Experience in HR tech, recruiting, or talent marketplaces
  • Experience in product marketing (positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy)
  • Experience working closely with Customer Success teams and post-sale workflows
  • Experience operating in startup environments
  • Experience with experimentation and A/B testing
