We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (AI Products) to join our growing team and lead the development of groundbreaking AI-driven features for recruiters and candidates worldwide.
Responsibilities
- As a Senior Product Manager at Qode, you will:
- Define product architecture and long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with Qode’s business goals and market opportunities.
- Research and identify features - particularly AI-driven capabilities - to solve users’ needs.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to release - requirements breakdown, planning, collaborating with engineers/designers, testing, launch, training users, and gathering feedback for iteration. Guarantee that every feature, from design to production, maps back to strategic goals.
- Explore new AI-driven product opportunities using emerging technologies and market trends.
- Define, track, and analyze product KPIs that align with business outcomes to drive continuous improvements.
- Monitor & Troubleshoot: Quickly respond to production issues or user pain points, ensuring reliability and trust.
- Continuously evaluate AI market trends, competitor solutions, and new technologies to shape Qode’s product roadmap.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar roles.
- Technical background: Education in Software Engineering or prior experience working as an engineer.
- Hands-on experience managing and delivering AI-driven products (NLP, ML models, LLM applications, or automation platforms).
- Experience in the Data Labeling domain is a plus.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile product development.
- Technical proficiency: Comfortable discussing product architecture, APIs, database, data models, and AI pipelines with engineers.
- Strong data analysis skills (SQL, Excel, dashboards, analytics tools) to make data-driven product decisions.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to align cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change.
- Resilience and a solution-oriented mindset to overcome challenges with clarity and focus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
