Senior Product Manager- AI Platform
TLDR
Drive the development of AI-powered EHS software by managing product operations and collaborating directly with engineering to ensure impactful delivery and execution.
- Day-to-Day Delivery — Work hands-on with engineering to write user stories, manage backlog, drive sprint execution, and remove blockers. This is where most of your time goes.
- AI Platform Roadmap — Own and prioritize the roadmap for Cority's AI platform in partnership with engineering and the key stakeholders across value chain. Translate strategy into executable plans.
- Stakeholder Coordination — Be the connective tissue between engineering, product teams, and leadership. Keep everyone aligned, communicate progress clearly, and flag issues early.
- Trust and Governance — Champion trust, security, and data governance as foundational platform requirements. Work with engineering to ensure these are built in, not bolted on.
- Agile Execution — Own the tools and processes that keep the team running — Aha, Jira, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
- Use Case Partnership — Work alongside domain PMs to ensure platform capabilities meet real product needs and use cases ship on time.
