The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a passion for creating impactful AI-driven products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and business, and who’s eager to lead transformative projects that harness the power of artificial intelligence.
As part of our growing product team, you will take ownership of end-to-end product lifecycle management for AI-focused initiatives. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team, including R&D, data science, and design, to identify opportunities where AI can solve critical business challenges and deliver significant ROI to our customers. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your deep understanding of AI/ML and your product management expertise to build impactful and scalable DEX (Digital Employee Experience) solutions.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Own and drive the product roadmap for AI-powered features and solutions.
Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers throughout the AI/ML lifecycle, from data exploration and model development to deployment and monitoring.
Define and prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value.
Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and effective user experiences for AI-powered features.
Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiation.ֿֿ
Define and track key metrics to measure the success and impact of AI features, iterating based on data and feedback.
Write detailed product specs, user stories, and use cases with clarity and precision.
Lead customer discovery efforts to validate problems, solutions, and prototypes.
Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions and planning sessions
Your Experience and Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
2+ years of experience leading AI/ML-related products or projects
Strong theoretical and practical understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, frameworks, tools, and the AI/ML lifecycle.
Familiarity with data engineering principles, data pipelines, APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data science, Dev, and UX
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A passion for user-centered design and delivering intuitive product experiences
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.
Prior hands-on experience working with ML models, NLP, or data pipelines
Experience in agile product development environments
Proven success working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
