Within the Product team, you will report to the Product Management Director and will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of AdTech products that support the promotion of our artists and labels. You will be part of a product squad composed of an Engineering Manager and a developer based in France, as well as seven external developers based in India.
Your Responsibilities
Own the product vision and translate it into a clear roadmap, in close and continuous collaboration with Product, Business, Marketing, and Data teams.
Analyze user needs (Media Buying, Digital Marketing) as well as cross-functional initiatives (new media buying offers, platform partnerships).
Prioritize initiatives and translate them into detailed specifications and wireframes in collaboration with Design teams, to share with the development squad and build high-impact products.
Co-lead Scrum ceremonies with the Engineering Manager (Daily stand-ups, Refinement, Sprint Demos, and Sprint Retrospectives).
Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to continuously improve product quality and performance.
Ensure service quality and measure the impact of new features through shared objectives and key results with all stakeholders.
Communicate on product launches and feature progress to users and leadership, and support change management initiatives.
You are an expert in Digital Advertising platforms (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Spotify Ads Studio, TikTok Ads, etc.) and the broader AdTech ecosystem, and you are driven to build innovative product visions.
You have at least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager within an agile team.
You enjoy working in an international environment and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
You are agile, analytical, collaborative, enthusiastic, and demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
