This role offers the opportunity to lead product strategy and execution at the intersection of AI-driven innovation and enterprise SaaS. You will define and own the product roadmap, rapidly prototype concepts using modern AI tools, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Working in a fully remote, high-velocity environment, you will drive PLG and SLG initiatives, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and engage directly with customers to validate ideas. The role combines hands-on AI-assisted development with strategic oversight, requiring both technical fluency and executive presence. You will mentor team members, optimize processes, and ensure alignment across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership. This position is ideal for a product leader who thrives on rapid experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and delivering impactful results.
Accountabilities:
· Lead with vision and execution: Define, manage, and deliver the product roadmap based on customer value, business impact, and AI innovation.
· Prototype at speed: Use AI tools to create MVPs, mock APIs, and interactive demos; iterate rapidly based on feedback.
· Own OKRs and KPIs: Set, track, and achieve ambitious goals for product growth, feature adoption, and team velocity.
· Customer engagement: Conduct interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to validate problems and solutions.
· Orchestrate Agile delivery: Prioritize backlogs, write user stories, and unblock engineering teams while fostering efficiency.
· Cross-functional partnership: Align with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams to launch high-impact features.
· PLG mastery: Design self-serve onboarding, upgrade paths, and AI-powered growth features to drive acquisition, activation, and expansion.
· Data fluency: Use analytics and AI-driven insights to inform product decisions.
· Market intelligence: Monitor trends in AI, developer tools, and enterprise SaaS to inform product positioning and differentiation.
· Leadership: Mentor direct reports, lead by example, and cultivate a collaborative team culture.
Requirements
· 5+ years of product management experience at high-velocity startups or scale-ups (Series B+).
· Proven PLG experience building and scaling self-serve or AI-driven products.
· Hands-on experience with AI ecosystems and tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot, with shipped AI-powered products.
· Enterprise SaaS experience, navigating complex sales cycles, SLAs, security, and integrations.
· Agile practitioner with experience running effective standups, refining backlogs, and shipping frequently.
· Data-driven decision-making, using product analytics to justify solutions.
· Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Bonus: Experience with AI agents, no-code platforms, developer tools, API design, Salesforce/HubSpot integrations, mobile apps, or managing distributed product teams.
