About the Role:
Are you a strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset? At 3E, we’re transforming the future of compliance and sustainability with powerful, data-driven solutions — and reimagining how organizations can work smarter, faster, and more sustainably. As a Senior Product Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, you won’t just support product launches — you’ll shape how they succeed in market.
This senior-level role is an opportunity to define and scale go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth, drive customer value, and strengthen our leadership in the environmental health and safety (EHS) tech space. It’s also a chance to be part of building disruptive, next-generation products that embed intelligence into customer workflows and create meaningful impact in a space hungry for innovation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys establishing scalable processes, knows how to translate vision into executable programs, and enjoys partnering cross-functionally to make big things happen. Day-to-day activities will focus on strategic planning and execution program management, including leading the launch process for the launch of new capabilities, maintaining our overall solution positioning, and helping design and enable GTM motions to accelerate growth. Additionally, you will drive long-term customer value by monitoring and supporting the adoption of new features and driving product use. You’ll be at the center of collaboration between Product, Marketing, Sales, Rev Ops, Commercial Enablement, and Customer teams.
What You'll Do
Strategic Planning:
Developing and executing GTM strategies, including market analysis, product positioning, and launch planning.
Program Management/Driving Cross-functional Collaboration:
Working with marketing, sales, engineering, and other teams to ensure a unified approach to product launches and driving value across the entire customer experience.
Market Sensing/Insights and ICP Alignment:
Understanding customer needs, competitive landscapes, and market trends to inform product and GTM strategies. Leading marketing research and competitive intelligence gathering workstreams.
Leading and Driving the Product Launch Process
Leveraging our launch framework, lead and coordinate cross-functional go-to-market efforts for product launches, including positioning, messaging, enablement, and execution planning. Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment, readiness, and a seamless rollout that drives adoption and revenue impact.
Product Positioning and Messaging:
Defining the unique value proposition of the product and crafting compelling, differentiated messaging for key buyer personas.
Sales/GTM Motion Enablement:
Providing sales, account management, and customer teams with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively sell the product and retain and grow accounts. Lead development of GTM aids ranging from pricing guidance, assets, bundling strategies, and enablement tools that empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams.
Performance Monitoring:
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to win rate, product usage and adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation. Identify outages and drive optimization
Adaptability:
Adjusting the GTM strategy and supporting customer-centric innovation based on market feedback and performance data.
