We’re a team of 500+ professionals who develop cutting-edge proxy and web data scraping solutions for thousands of the world’s best known businesses, including Fortune 500 companies.
What’s in store for you:
You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:
- 6PB+ Ceph storage
- 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems
- 300k+ service requests/sec processed
- 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed
About the Role:
You'll own features end-to-end, from understanding user problems through shipping solutions and measuring impact. Our stack is modern (Next.js, React 19,TypeScript) and our team is small and autonomous: you'll have real influence over what gets built, not just how.
Your day-to-day:
Own features from problem discovery through delivery and iteration, including subscriptions, proxy configuration, analytics, payments, and more.
Shape the product roadmap alongside engineering and product leadership, using data, user feedback, and your own judgment.
Build and maintain performant applications in Next.js 15, React 19, and TypeScript. Our frontend is your primary surface area, but you'll cross into APIs and backend services when the problem demands it.
Design and run experiments to validate ideas before investing in full builds.
Investigate production issues using Sentry, DataDog, and PostHog, closing the loop between what we ship and what users actually experience.
Write tests (Jest, Testing Library, Playwright) proportional to risk, not ceremony.
Improve the developer experience: component library, tooling, CI pipeline, and patterns that help the team move faster.
Balance your time across new features, experiments, tech debt, and bug fixes. You'll have the autonomy to make that call.
Your skills & experience:
Strong TypeScript and modern React experience (hooks, context, concurrent features).
Experience with Next.js or similar SSR frameworks.
Product instinct. You think about who uses what you build and whether it's working, not just whether it compiles.
Comfort with ambiguity: you can take a vague user problem and turn it into a concrete plan.
Familiarity with analytics and experimentation (PostHog, Amplitude, LaunchDarkly, or similar).
Solid testing habits across unit, integration, and E2E.
English fluency for a distributed, async-heavy team.
Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) and the judgment to know when they accelerate your work versus when they get in the way.
Nice to have:
Experience with Material UI or similar component systems.
Familiarity with payment integrations (Stripe).
Exposure to backend work: Python/Django, REST APIs, or similar.
Knowledge of web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, bundle analysis).
Understanding of proxy/networking concepts.
Experience with Storybook, charting libraries (Recharts, D3), or observability tooling.
Salary:
Gross salary: from 6500 EUR/month + quarterly KPI-based performance bonus is applicable.
