What You’ll Do 

As a leader in Product Development, you will own and shape the future of Ninja products — driving innovation, building teams, and delivering commercial impact.

You will:

• Lead new product development end-to-end, owning assigned products from early brainstorm through mass production — with full accountability for progress, outcomes, and execution excellence

• Partner closely with the Director / VP of Product Development to help define category strategy, set direction, and translate vision into winning product roadmaps

• Build, lead, and grow high-performing teams (from Intern to Manager level), providing clear direction, coaching, and accountability — and being recognised as a confident, people-first leader who navigates complexity, conflict, and resourcing with ease

• Champion the consumer voice, translating unmet needs, market white space, and breakthrough technologies into compelling product specifications

• Define user-relevant performance and experience targets, acting as the north star for cross-functional teams across Engineering, Industrial Design, and Marketing

• Partner with Insights & Intelligence to shape consumer testing strategies and continuously embed learnings into design iterations throughout development

• Collaborate with Testing and Quality teams to define and deliver robust quality and performance standards that underpin 5-star experiences

• Own product cost structure and commercial viability, driving reporting, cost optimisation, and sourcing strategy alongside Supply Chain and Merchandising partners

• Guide go-to-market execution, overseeing the creation of launch collateral, instructional materials, and consumer-facing specifications

• Ensure post-purchase excellence, supporting the development of troubleshooting guides and FAQs that reinforce SharkNinja’s commitment to the consumer

• Act as the product and category expert, serving as a trusted point of reference across the organisation

• Lead cross-functional breakthroughs that increase executive visibility, accelerate innovation, and create meaningful career growth opportunities

What You Bring

• 7+ years’ experience in product development, product marketing, marketing, human factors engineering, or a related field — ideally within consumer goods

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

• Proven experience hiring, leading, developing, and performance-managing teams

• A relentless consumer-first mindset when introducing new products or improving existing ones

• Confidence in managing up, clearly communicating priorities, and actively seeking feedback

• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence across highly cross-functional teams

• Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation — with the ability to engage all levels, including senior leadership

• Strong project management capability, able to prioritise, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Curiosity, resilience, and a genuine desire to learn, grow, and push boundaries

• Comfort with transparency, change, and evolving priorities — always focused on learning and moving forward
