Senior Product Developer - 12 Months Contract

You’ll have the opportunity to shape enterprise-grade products at the heart of FE fundinfo’s Engineering and Data Management function, collaborating with our Infrastructure team to deliver fast, efficient, and reliable services. You’ll work end-to-end from designing robust application and data architectures to optimizing performance and scalability while contributing to modern front-end experiences using Blazor. This role offers room to grow through complex projects, ownership of technical delivery, and continuous learning across Azure cloud services and contemporary engineering practices.

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Product Developer (.NET & Blazor) will include:

• Designing and developing data-centric, web-based applications and integrating them with backend systems to serve global clients.
• Defining efficient application data structures and SQL Server schemas, including high-volume ETL and data ingestion processes.
• Implementing object-oriented principles and design patterns while building reusable code and libraries for long-term scalability.
• Developing rich, reusable front-end systems and components using Blazor (Server & WebAssembly) and modern web standards.
• Optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and reliability, and addressing technical debt with clear solutions and tooling.
• Collaborating closely with Engineering, Data Management, and Infrastructure teams, communicating clearly, and taking technical ownership of services delivered to clients.

To join us as a Senior Product Developer (.NET & Blazor) you will need the following experience and skills:

• You must have at least 6 years of experience with modern .NET frameworks, .NET Core, and C# for enterprise application development.
• You will have strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, designing schemas and building high-volume ETL/data ingestion pipelines.
• You should be proficient in building web services and integrations using JSON, WebAPIs, and RESTful APIs, alongside HTML/CSS/JavaScript for front-end delivery.
• You will bring hands-on experience with Blazor (Server and WebAssembly) for building rich, reusable front-end applications.
• You must have practical experience with Azure (e.g., App Services, Storage Accounts, Azure SQL Database) and CI/CD tooling such as Azure DevOps and Git/GitHub'
