We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Monetization team and contribute to the development of tools that power in-game item sales for our partners worldwide. In this role, you will work at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and business impact, helping design experiences used by global gaming audiences. Some of our solutions already operate at a significant scale, while others are being developed to expand and strengthen monetization capabilities across our ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, content, and communication design teams to ensure high-quality user experiences that balance player needs with commercial performance.
Responsibilities
Design end-to-end monetization experiences across web-based gaming stores and related products
Translate business goals, user needs, and data insights into scalable, high-impact design solutions
Oversee and contribute to the broader monetization ecosystem, including the Shop Builder Platform, LiveOps tools, and interconnected partner-facing solutions
Ensure consistency, scalability, and strategic alignment across the ecosystem of monetization products
Contribute to and evolve design principles, patterns, and system-level consistencyAdvocate for user experience quality while balancing speed, scale, and measurable business impact
Mentor and support other designers, provide design direction, elevate craft standards, and contribute to team growth and design culture
Requirements
7+ years of product design experience, including work on complex digital products
Strong systems thinking, UX strategy, and high-quality visual and interaction design craft
Experience working in cross-functional, data-driven product environments
Ability to use metrics, experimentation, and research to guide decisions
Strong communication and collaboration skills
