Senior Product Designer Web & Mobile

Salla, a leading Information Technology and Services company, is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join their team.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of innovative products across different platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create design solutions that meet business goals and exceed user expectations. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating their experience in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering successful products.

Responsibilities

• Design digital experiences for web, iOS, Android, and operator platforms
• Lead the design of new product features with an emphasis on user-centered design principles

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and requirements into effective design solutions
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and test design solutions to ensure user satisfaction
• Develop detailed design specifications and design documentation to support product development
• Drive design thinking and design culture throughout the organization, including mentoring junior designers on the team
• Ensure design consistency across all products and platforms by developing and maintaining design systems
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design technologies, and emerging design patterns
• Present design work and regularly engage with partners for feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with an emphasis on UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch etc.
• Experience leading design projects from concept to execution
• Experience identifying customer insights through user research and discovery activities
• Experience developing design strategies that address customer and business problems
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
