We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead product experience across Tradeify’s core platform.
This is a high-impact role responsible for designing complex workflows, defining UX standards, and partnering closely with Product and Engineering to shape feature strategy — not just execute on it.
You will play a key role in elevating usability, retention, and trader performance through thoughtful, scalable design.
Own end-to-end design for major product initiatives
Translate complex trading workflows into intuitive, high-performance user experiences
Lead discovery through user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping
Design data-dense dashboards, risk views, and performance interfaces
Partner closely with Product Managers to define feature requirements and user flows
Collaborate deeply with Engineering to ensure pixel-perfect, technically feasible execution
Establish and evolve Tradeify’s product design system
Improve trader onboarding, activation, and lifecycle experience
Influence product roadmap through user-centered insights
5+ years of product design experience (fintech, trading, or SaaS strongly preferred)
Proven experience designing complex, data-heavy applications
Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and shipped products
Advanced proficiency in Figma and design systems
Deep understanding of UX, interaction design, and information architecture
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments
Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
Ownership mindset and high attention to detail
Experience designing trading platforms or financial tools
Familiarity with futures or prop trading workflows
Experience designing high-performance dashboards
Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
Basic understanding of frontend architecture constraints
A seamless, high-performance trading experience
Increased activation, engagement, and trader retention
Reduced friction across onboarding and funding flows
A scalable design system that supports rapid feature development
Clear UX leadership within the organization
