Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design vision for Syarah’s e-commerce platform, crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across our website and mobile applications for KSA customers. Based onsite in Amman, you will work closely with our Amman-based technical and product teams to enhance the end-to-end car buying and selling journey. This is an individual contributor role focused on design leadership and innovation—not people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process, from user research and discovery to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes, tailored for KSA users.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and validation to ensure designs align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered interfaces that optimize the car buying and selling experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and Amman-based developers to ensure feasibility and smooth implementation.
• Maintain and evolve Syarah’s design system to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.
• Stay up to date with UX/UI and product design trends, applying best practices to continuously improve the platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce or consumer-facing products.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Solid experience in user research, usability testing, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of responsive design for web and mobile platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the automotive or e-commerce industry, particularly within the KSA market, is a strong plus.
