About the Role
The Data-Driven Designer owns UX strategy and execution across Merch Tech platforms, including BEx and Merchant Station. This role transforms complex operational and performance data into intuitive, workflow-driven SaaS experiences that power high-stakes merchandising and brand decisions.
You will design scalable, role-based enterprise workflows that improve adoption, accelerate time-to-value, and drive measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on role requiring strong systems thinking, deep SaaS platform experience, and the ability to influence product direction through data-driven design. Having worked in an e-commerce setup would we an added advantage.

Measurable lift in workflow completion and feature adoption across BEx and Merchant Station
Strategic, hands-on SaaS platform designer with a strong data- and workflow-oriented approach.
Reduced time-to-first-meaningful-action for merchants and brand stakeholders
Improved task success rates across pricing, promotions, inventory, and analytics workflows
Strong design system adoption resulting in faster iteration and reduced rework
Clear UX rationale influencing roadmap and prioritization decisions
Key Responsibilities
Own UX strategy and execution for complex, data-intensive workflows and dashboards
Design scalable, role-based SaaS experiences that simplify operational decision-making
Translate multi-source enterprise data into clear, confident user actions
Drive experimentation and iterative improvement using behavioral analytics and A/B testing
Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business leaders to align UX with measurable KPIs
Establish and evolve a scalable design system in Figma
Ensure accessibility (WCAG), usability, and performance standards are embedded in design
Present insights and UX strategy clearly to senior stakeholders
Experience & Key Skills
8–14 years of product/UX design experience in SaaS or enterprise B2B environments
Proven experience designing complex, workflow-driven, role-based systems
Experience building or scaling enterprise dashboards, analytics platforms, or operational tools
Demonstrated impact on adoption, task success, or workflow optimization
Platform & Workflow Strength
Strong expertise in designing end-to-end workflow systems with state-based UX
Experience simplifying complex business processes into intuitive SaaS experiences
Deep understanding of configurable enterprise platforms vs custom solutions
Experience designing high-volume, data-heavy dashboards and reporting tools
Data-Driven & Analytical Thinking
Experience leveraging behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Post Hog, Full Story, GA, Power BI)
Strong experimentation mindset (A/B testing, hypothesis validation, iteration loops)
Ability to connect UX improvements to measurable KPIs (adoption, completion, time-to-value)
Experience with AI-assisted workflows, automation surfaces, or predictive UX is a strong plus
Design Systems & Execution
Advanced Figma expertise, including scalable component libraries
Experience establishing and governing design systems
Strong prototyping and usability testing skills
Proven ability to reduce design-to-build gaps and improve handoffs
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
