Senior Product Designer

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a passionate Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of cybersecurity by solving complex challenges. In this role, you will collaborate across multiple teams, working on interconnected products to design seamless, user-centric experiences. Your work will deliver trusted, impactful solutions that protect organizations of all sizes and strengthen SentinelOne's relationship with its users.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Communicate user experiences throughout the design process and produce design deliverables such as wireframes, user flow diagrams, storyboards, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, presentation decks, and visualization specs.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to define project requirements and user stories.
• Identify project dependencies and mitigate risks by optimizing design workflows.
• Incorporate user feedback and business requirements to enhance product experiences.

What skills & knowledge you will bring: 

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• +5 years of experience in product design or UX within complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Experience designing across multiple platforms, collaborating with Product development and design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes from concept to completion.
• Experience using Figma, following brand and system guidelines, and extending component libraries. 
• Proven experience collaborating with user research teams to gain insights into user goals and pain points, ensuring design solutions effectively address their needs.
• Strong storytelling skills, effectively guiding internal stakeholders through user challenges and clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
• Solid understanding of technical constraints and platform limitations with the ability to lead product development from concept to execution and enhance existing features through a user-centered design process.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence product design strategies.
