Senior Product Designer, SeekrFlow
TLDR
Own major product areas of an end-to-end AI platform, leading design efforts for diverse users while ensuring systems-level UX and strategic product direction.
Seekr builds trust into every stage of the AI lifecycle. SeekrFlow is our end-to-end AIaaS platform for organizations building enterprise-grade AI that spans data preparation, fine-tuning, deployment, explainability, and agentic workflows. We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to own major product areas of the platform and design for a wide range of users: AI/ML engineers, data scientists, domain experts, and enterprise stakeholders. You'll work within a small, focused design team in a fast-moving product org, partnering directly with Product and Engineering on foundational platform surfaces with room to grow into specialized AI domains.
What you'll own
- End-to-end product ownership: Own discovery, concept, detailed design, delivery, and iteration across major SeekrFlow product areas not just execution handoffs
- Systems-level UX: Define information architecture, interaction patterns, and reusable UX frameworks for complex, multi-step enterprise AI workflows
- User discovery & research: Lead discovery with technical and non-technical users; synthesize findings into UX strategy, interaction models, and validated product direction
- AI-accelerated design execution: Use AI tools to compress ideation and prototyping loops moving from concept to interactive, working experience faster while exercising strong design judgment
- Design system stewardship: Contribute to and extend the Seekr design system to support new platform capabilities and enterprise use cases, in Figma
- Cross-functional partnership: Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap tradeoffs and technical constraints; produce specs and prototypes that enable high-quality implementation
- 6–10+ years of product design experience on complex SaaS, enterprise, or technical platform products
- Demonstrated systems-level design skills: complex workflows, information architecture, scalable interaction frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including working within and evolving a shared design system
- Active, fluent use of AI-assisted design and prototyping tools where you already use them to compress execution, not just experiment
- Strong product judgment; comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Experience leading discovery research such as defining personas, mapping workflows, validating solutions through usability testing
- Proven track record collaborating with Engineering through implementation, including detailed specs and navigating technical constraints
- Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of major product areas ideally in 0-to-1 or early-stage work with clear problem-solving depth and craft quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate design decisions and tradeoffs to both technical and executive stakeholders
- Reside near Austin, TX or Reston, VA and able to work 3 days per week in office
- Experience designing for technical users such as AI/ML engineers, developers, data scientists, or MLOps practitioners
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts: LLMs, model training, inference workflows, RAG, agents, or MLOps platforms
- Experience designing enterprise platform surfaces such as billing, access controls, administration, governance, or multi-tenant systems
- Experience with data visualization, analytics dashboards, or real-time monitoring interfaces
- Background in high-growth startups or early-stage platform products where design had outsized leverage
