Senior Product Designer

What you'll do

• Design user-centric product features from discovery to production that will impact patients around the world
• Create wireframes and prototype ideas to gather initial feedback quickly
• Conduct user research and testing to understand the needs of our customers
• Act as the user advocate during the development cycle
• Cooperate closely with Product, Engineering and Customer-facing teams to influence the overall direction of our product
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them where relevant
• Advocate for design-driven approaches within the team and foster a culture of creativity and innovation

What you need

• 5+ years of experience working in a product design role, preferably in a fast-paced tech company
• You have an outstanding portfolio of work demonstrating user-centered solutions and visual design
• Bias for action, you don’t hesitate to own and drive projects and give feedback
• Ability to turn complex design problems into intuitive user experiences
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of front-end development is a plus
