We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape how primary care practices operate and thrive. You’ll be part of a dedicated product team — alongside teammates in engineering, product management, data science, research — that focuses on delivering experiences, insights, and tools to help these practices succeed in various Medicare programs.
You’ll also partner closely with others across Pearl (e.g. customer success, sales, operations) to stay attuned to our customers’ goals and hurdles. And lastly, you’ll be supported by a passionate group of people leaders who are excited to help our employees grow.
We’re on a mission to help our medical providers thrive in what they do, and we can’t wait to see what you can do here.
Pearl Health is dedicated to empowering primary care providers, health systems, and physician-led networks to succeed in the shift to value-based care. Our platform delivers the technology, financial tools, and expert services that enable practices to provide more proactive, effective care to their Medicare patients, ultimately lowering costs and improving health outcomes.
Founded in 2020, we are a team of healthcare and technology innovators backed by premier investors like Andreessen Horowitz, Viking Global Investors, and AlleyCorp. We partner with thousands of providers across 44 states to build a more sustainable future for American healthcare.
Excel in going from 0 to 1 to iterating — you readily help define and scope what needs to be done, and steadily move towards getting your designs into the hands of our doctors, physicians, assistants, admins, and medical practice owners.
Dig beneath the pixels — in addition to remarkable design execution, you’re able to unearth, understand, and design for the complex workflows and habits of healthcare professionals and patients.
Bias towards action — you communicate with clarity and drive progress through your designs, to help your team take the next action or make the next decision.
Operate with curiosity — from research to collaborations, you’re persistent about learning what works and doesn’t work, and effective in making iterative improvements to how we work and also our users’ experience.
4+ years of design experience shepherding projects from initial concepts through to market adoption & actual user outcomes
Consumer-grade work samples that demonstrate proficiency in design systems, data design, content design, and behavioral design
Skillful with Figma and one or two emerging tools that have been helpful in evolving your design process
Excitement about helping a broad spectrum of humans providing primary healthcare services to elderly populations
