A word from the team:
Lead the creation and scale of a modern design system across product and web—foundations, components, and governance. Set the quality bar and workflows that speed delivery: clear standards, crisp handoffs, and experiment-ready patterns. Help shape the product vision and turn it into practical design principles and reusable building blocks.
Your day-to-day:
Solve design problems from start to finish, crafting simple, delightful user experiences.
Translate research and analytics insights into innovative product concepts and features.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to maintain visual consistency and ship high-quality products.
Own design systems in Figma, including components, tokens, libraries, and governance.
Conduct QA, enforce accessibility standards, and mentor team members on best practices.
Your skills & experience:
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver user-focused products while managing design systems for complex web apps and marketing sites.
Strong expertise in Figma, design tokens, component versioning, and bridging design with code (Storybook, CSS variables).
Deep understanding of the full design process: problem-solving, user flows, UI, visual, and interaction design.
Clear and persuasive communicator, able to explain design decisions and influence cross-functional teams.
Experience ensuring accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), leveraging data to inform design decisions (A/B tests, analytics), and mentoring other designers.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and growth-oriented, thriving in environments that require cross-disciplinary teamwork with product, engineering, research, and marketing.
Salary:
Gross salary: 3100 – 6000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
