About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in complex environments, brings clarity through design, and delivers consistent, user-centered experiences at scale. You’ll play a key role in shaping enterprise-level digital products, collaborating closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to define, discover, and design impactful solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end product design efforts for enterprise-level applications and platforms.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with internal clients and stakeholders to uncover user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Design intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable UI/UX solutions rooted in best practices and data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other designers to maintain consistency across platforms and ensure design intent is preserved.
  • Make confident, strategic design decisions and communicate them clearly across various teams and contexts.
  • Champion a user-centered mindset and high-quality design standards across all touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise product and app design.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining strong team collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including experience in client-facing roles and working directly with decision-makers.
  • Strong UI and UX skills, including the ability to translate data into effective user experiences.
  • Proficiency in Sketch and other design tools
  • Experience conducting discovery processes and translating insights into scalable design strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for asking the right questions to uncover hidden needs.
  • Experience working in high-tech environments and navigating the complexities of large organizations.

  • Familiarity with design systems at scale.
  • Background in working with agile product teams.
  • Experience in complex and highly technical product domains

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week.
