Mercor is a profitable Series C company valued at $10 billion. We work in-person five days a week in our new San Francisco headquarters.

What you’ll do

• Own the design of core user journeys across the product, from initial flows to polished UI

• Collaborate with engineering and product to implement new features and refine existing ones

• Bring clarity to complex user experiences as our product evolves and scales

• Create and maintain a clean, modern visual language inspired by tools like Notion and powered by elements like Tailwind

• Work closely with our Head of Design to articulate and evolve Mercor’s design philosophy & culture

• Help tutorialize the product experience — ensuring that users know what to do without needing to be told

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual polish and UX depth

• Passion for building products that are intuitive, beautiful, and a joy to use

• 3–6 years in product design, ideally at fast-moving startups or high-bar product teams

• Experience working closely with engineers and understanding implementation constraints

• Proven ability to operate autonomously

• Bonus: Experience building AI-driven products or marketplaces
