Skills and Competencies
 
Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/product design, with a well-rounded skill set and the ability to tackle diverse projects. 
 
Technical Skills: High-level of proficiency in Figma with strong experience implementing design systems. Knowledge of a variety of research techniques and the ability to translate insights into actionable design decisions. Able to deliver pixel-perfect user-interface and motion design. 
 
Strategic Thinking: Understanding of the UX process and the ability to lead projects with strategic insight, ensuring that designs meet both user needs and business objectives. 
 
Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for collaboration and the ability to effectively communicate ideas and persuade stakeholders. 
 
Adaptability: Flexibility in handling various project types, from service design to interface design, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges. 
 
Leadership: Confidence in taking ownership of projects, guiding junior team members, and driving projects to successful completion.
