Right now, our team consists entirely of engineers who are highly product-focused. This role will be the first dedicated design role, bringing product thinking and design expertise to the team. You'll work as a full member of the team, collaborating closely with engineers to shape how we build and deliver value.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Thinks beyond visuals, you solve problems, not just design screens.
  • Understands users deeply, using empathy and research to inform design decisions.
  • Has a strong product vision, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Is comfortable owning the entire design process, from discovery to delivery.
  • Can collaborate closely with engineers to turn ideas into reality.
  • Has an eye for detail, ensuring our products are not only functional but delightful.
  • Believes in continuous iteration, shipping fast and refining based on feedback.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end product design, from user research to final UI implementation.
  • Contribute to defining and leading solutions to make iDoctus even better.
  • Develop intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing user experiences.
  • Researching, defining, and refining user problems.
  • Improve and maintaining the design system.
  • Advocate for user-centric solutions, ensuring our products are both functional and engaging.
  • Support, mentor, and learn from fellow team members.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with teammates.
  • Contribute to and maintain documentation in Notion and other relevant platforms.

 

 

Requirements

  • Ability to lead projects and drive them to completion.
  • Strong product vision and ability to align design with business objectives.
  • Deep empathy and ability to understand user needs across different stakeholders.
  • Solid UX/UI expertise, ensuring your designs are both intuitive and effective.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Intermediate English skills.

Nice to Have

  • Fluency in English.
  • Background in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry.
