About the Venture

Imagine this: You're dealing with diabetes, and your doctor's appointment was three weeks ago. You have questions, concerns, maybe your medication isn't feeling right. But your next appointment isn't for another two months. You're left wondering, worrying, navigating your health journey alone. This is the reality for millions of people with chronic conditions. And this is exactly what we're changing.

Doctor. One is a Polish health-tech startup that just raised $4M (led by Germany's top healthcare investor, YZR Capital) because we're solving something that matters deeply. We've built a mobile app that keeps doctors and patients connected between visits through ongoing, personal conversations. Think of it as turning healthcare from those rushed, once-in-a-while appointments into real, continuous relationships where patients never have to face their health challenges alone.

Here's what we believe: In a world racing toward AI and automation, healthcare should remain human. Because when you're scared about your or your closed ones’ health, you don't need a chatbot—you need a real person who knows you, cares about you, and can guide you with both medical expertise and genuine empathy.

We're 25 people on a mission to bring back the human touch to medicine. Every chronic patient deserves to feel supported, understood, and never alone on their health journey.

Does this spark something in you? Keep reading.

About the Growth team

Over 3,500 doctors are already using our app, and we're just getting started.

We're building our growth team from the ground up, and you'd be the very first person to join this adventure. You'll work directly with our Head of Growth and the leadership team, helping shape our growth strategy from day one.

Here's the challenge: We're growing a two-sided marketplace where doctors and patients build real relationships. Your job? Figure out how to help more doctors discover us, get them excited about using the app and inviting more patients to it, and create those magical moments that make both doctors and patients think, "I can't imagine going back to the old way."

Since growth is a multidisciplinary effort, our team will bring together people with different superpowers, but we're all united by one obsession: optimizing retention and activating virality loops to make sure no one faces their health journey alone.

What You’ll Do

As a Growth Product Designer you will be the founding member of the Growth team and a strategic contributor to the product development & optimization process. Your focus will be on connecting user (HCP and patient) needs to driving measurable business growth through pathfinding, experimentation and optimization of the entire end-to-end user (HCP and patient) journey.

In plain English: you'll be the person who looks at our app and asks, "How can we make this so good that doctors can't help but tell other doctors about it and invite more patients to use the app?" and "How do we make patients feel so supported that they trust us with their most personal health concerns?"
